Prep
Most of the job happens before the tile
Floors get meticulously checked for flatness. Showers get modern, fully warrantied waterproofing. None of it is visible in the finished room, and all of it is why the room lasts.
Layout
The layout is settled before anything is cut
We dry-lay the pattern, center it on the room, and do our best to prevent any unsightly cuts. Grout is chosen against your actual tile in your actual light.
Install
One crew, demolition through grout
The people you meet on day one are the people who finish the room. The work stays with the crew from demolition through grout, and Luke is on site for it.
Finish
We leave it ready to use
Grout is sealed, edges and transitions are caulked with 100% silicone caulk and detailed, and the space is cleaned before the crew calls it done. You give us the green light before we pack up.
