Run In The Same Order
Document before anything moves
Every panel or section is photographed, numbered, and logged against the drawings, so what comes off the wall can go back exactly as it was.
Clean and assess
Decades of weather come off the glaze, damaged pieces are identified, and we agree on what gets saved, matched, or remade before setting begins.
Set to the map
Pieces go back in the order the map dictates, with alignment checked continuously across the wall rather than at the end.
Point and protect
Joints are pointed to match the original, then the finished work is cleaned and protected for however long the site stays active.
